1. How to Return/Exchange my order?

You may request for a Return/Exchange of your order within 15 days of delivery of the order from the order page in your account at MiArcus.com. In case, you placed a COD order, you may request the same from the Return/Exchange button on the website footer. Post that, no return/exchange request shall be entertained. Return can be requested only on reasons based on size issues, defective articles, different/wrong colors, or quality issues. At the time of creating a return/exchange, customers are requested to make sure that the product being returned is unused with original tags intact. Exchange can only be done with the same product in a different size or color & no other product replacement is possible in any case. All this at no extra cost to you! Mi Arcus reserves the right to decline the return request if the reason stated is different from the specified list or is not genuine. Exchange is subject to the availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund if it is a prepaid order and a store credit if it is a COD order.

2. My return request has been rejected, why?

If you’ve bought personal care products, diapers, or undergarments, no return/exchange will be accepted for the order. Any return/exchange request made after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted. A valid reason is required to be able to process any return/exchange request. Return reasons need to be selected from the available options or valid reasons must be mentioned under “others” options. At the time of creating a return/exchange, customers are requested to make sure that the product being returned is unused with original tags intact.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled only till the order has not already been shipped (within 12 hours). Please write to us at info@miarcus.com or WhatsApp to cancel your order. In the event of a cancellation, your payment (if prepaid order) will be returned to your account within 4-7 working days.

4. I got a personalized product, is return/exchange possible?

Personalized products are not eligible for return/exchange. Customized name buntings and storage baskets with names are also not eligible for return & exchange.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged item, wrong product, or missing units in my order?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

1. Record a short video while opening the package.

2. Take clear photos of the outer packaging, the products received, and your invoice.

3. Send these to us at info@miarcus.com or call us at 1800-12032-1111 (Monday–Saturday, 9 am–6 pm).

Once you raise the concern we will investigate internally for same and will revert to you in 24-48 hrs.

Once the investigation is over if we arrange a reverse pickup then below will be the process

1. Our courier partner will take 2-3 working days to pick up the product/item from you,

2. The reverse pickup is managed by a standard courier service and typically takes 5-7 working days to reach our warehouse. However, this timeline may extend to 10 days or more, depending on the pincode and location. Please note that Mi Arcus has no control over the delivery timelines set by the courier service.

3. Once the product is received back to us quality team check it and give an update related to the product condition, as we need the product in the same condition as delivered to you. Please make sure the products are unused with all tags intact and in original packaging.

4. On receiving a positive response we will get back to you and as per your request, we will replace or refund you for the order (replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product).

5. In case we receive a negative response the product would be sent back to you in the same condition. Note – As per our Return Policy you need to raise concerns within 15 days along with proper product images and unboxing videos.

6. Do I need to ship the return order on my own?

No. We will arrange a free pickup of the return order through our logistic partner. Please note, the free reverse pickup is only provided once per order. If you raise multiple return requests (subject to special cases), the reverse pickup amount will be deducted from the refund/store credit amount. In this case, the exchange of a product will not be made.

7. How do I get a refund of my order?

For prepaid orders, the refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refunded amount will be issued as Store Credit, which can be utilized for future purchases on miarcus.com. It's important to note that Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. Store credit and coupon discounts used on canceled orders won't be refunded. Store credit is valid for one-time use only. Once store credit have been utilized in a transaction, they are considered non-refundable. Once applied, they cannot be reverted or adjusted in the case of a refund.

8. Will loyalty points be refunded if used in a transaction?

Once loyalty points have been utilized in a transaction, they are considered non-refundable. Similar to a discount, once applied, they cannot be reverted or adjusted in the case of a refund.

9. I bought/received a Gift Voucher, is return/exchange possible?

Gift Vouchers are not eligible for return & exchange.

10. I bought/received a Furniture, is return/exchange possible?

Furniture and products under furniture category are not eligible for cancellation & return. Exchange is allowed only if products are damaged/defective.


11. Cancel order once shipped?

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. 

12. Want to know more about free gifts?

Free gifts are eligible only when a valid coupon code is applied, either automatically or manually. If the applied coupon code is removed or replaced with another code, the free gift will be automatically removed from the order, and the customer will no longer be eligible to receive it. Freebie will not be added if order is placed via Gift Card. Please note that free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Offer valid only while stock lasts.
