At Mi Arcus, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery at no extra cost to you.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. After this period, no requests will be accepted.

Visit the order page in your account at miarcus.com and click the Return/Exchange button.

Valid Return Reasons

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

        Size issues

        Defective articles

        Wrong or different colors received

        Quality issues

Important Product Conditions

For your return or exchange to be processed, please ensure:

        The product is unused

        All original tags are intact

        The product is in its original packaging

Please note: Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size. Product replacements with different items are not possible. Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Received a Damaged, Wrong, or Incomplete Order?

We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. To help us resolve this quickly, please follow these steps:

1. Document Your Order

        Record a short video while opening the package (before breaking the seal)

        Take clear photos of the outer packaging

        Photograph all products received

        Photograph your invoice

Important: Claims for missing or damaged items without unboxing video evidence may not be eligible for resolution. This policy ensures transparency and fair assessment of every claim.

Resolution Process Timeline

Once you raise your concern:

        We will investigate internally and respond within 24-48 hours

        If approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 2-3 working days

        Return delivery typically takes 5-7 working days, though it may extend to 10 days depending on your location

        Our quality team will verify the product condition upon receipt

        Once verified, we will process your replacement or refund (subject to product availability)

Pickup & Refund Process

Free Reverse Pickup

You don't need to ship your return. We arrange free pickup through our logistics partner. Note: Free reverse pickup is provided once per order. If you raise multiple return requests, pickup charges will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Refund Methods

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method in case of return.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued as Store Credit for future purchases on miarcus.com.

RTO (Return to Origin) Orders: If an order is shipped but not accepted by the customer and is returned to origin, the refund will be issued as Store Credit.

Non-Refundable Charges:

        Shipping charges

        Cash on Delivery (COD) charges

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it ships or within 12 hours of placing it, whichever comes first.

For prepaid orders, your payment will be refunded to your account within 4-7 working days. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Store Credit & Loyalty Points

Store Credit Policy

        Store credit is issued as cashback on eligible purchases

        1 store credit equals ₹1

        Store credit is credited to your account 7 days after order placement

        Maximum 500 credits can be redeemed per order

        Once applied to an order, store credit will not be refunded or re-credited in case of return, exchange, cancellation, or RTO (Return to Origin)

Loyalty Points

Once loyalty points are used in a transaction, they cannot be refunded or adjusted, similar to a discount that has been applied.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

        Personal care products

        Diapers and diaper covers

        Undergarments (briefs, panties, potty training pants)

        Socks (all types)

        Personalized products (customized name buntings, storage baskets with names)

        Gift vouchers

        Furniture (exchanges allowed only for damaged/defective items)

        Promotional items, including sale products

        Free gifts received with orders

        Items purchased using restricted coupon codes

Free Gift Policy

        Free gifts are available only when a valid coupon code is applied

        Free gifts will be added automatically or a selection pop-up will appear for you to choose your preferred gift

        If you remove or replace the coupon code, the free gift will be automatically removed

        Free gifts will not be added to orders placed via Gift Card

        Free gifts will be delivered only if stock is available

        Free gifts cannot be claimed for any other product

        Free gifts are non-returnable

        Free gift items are not refundable

        Offer valid only while stock lasts

Restricted Coupon Codes

Orders placed using the following coupon codes are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation once shipped:

cashback, buy3get1, buy10get15, buy5get5free, buy3get3, b3g3, buy5get2free, extra20, extra15

Why Your Return Might Be Rejected

Your return request may be declined if:

        The request is made after 15 days of delivery

        The reason provided is not from the valid reasons list or is not genuine

        The product has been used

        Original tags are missing or damaged

        The product is from the non-returnable category

        A wrong or damaged product is sent back instead of the original item

        The order was placed using restricted coupon codes
