3. Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for genuine reasons including:

• Size does not fit
• Wrong product delivered
• Wrong colour received
• Manufacturing defect
• Damaged product
• Quality concerns
• Missing item(s) in package
• Product significantly different from description

Mi Arcus reserves the right to reject return requests raised with false, misleading or unverifiable reasons.

4. Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be unused and unwashed
• Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant or damage
• Be returned with all original tags attached
• Include original packaging, accessories and invoice
• Contain all promotional items, free gifts or bundled products
• Have the original security/seal tag intact (if applicable)

Please note: Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size. Product replacements with different items are not possible. Exchange is subject to stock availability.

5. Free Reverse Pickup

For most serviceable pin codes, Mi Arcus offers Free Reverse Pickup through our logistics partners.

Reverse Pickup Policy

• One free reverse pickup is available per order.
• Returns will be picked up only from the original delivery address.
• If multiple return requests are raised for the same order, pickup charges for subsequent pickups will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
• Reverse pickup availability depends on courier serviceability.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may self-ship the product.

6. Self-Ship Returns

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area:

• Securely pack the product.
• Ship using a reputed courier.
• Share the courier receipt with Customer Support.

Courier charges will be reimbursed only when:

• the return is approved,
• the courier receipt is verified,
• the product passes quality inspection.

Mi Arcus reserves the right to reject reimbursement claims without valid proof of shipment.

7. Pickup & Quality Inspection

Our delivery partner may perform a preliminary inspection during pickup.

Final acceptance is subject to quality inspection at our warehouse.

Returns may be rejected if:

• Product is used
• Tags are removed
• Packaging is damaged
• Accessories are missing
• Product is altered
• Product is different from what was shipped

Rejected products will be returned to the customer.

8. Exchange Policy

Size Exchange

Eligible products can be exchanged for another size of the same product, subject to stock availability.

Product Exchange

Where available, eligible products may also be exchanged for another product sold on Mi Arcus.

If the exchanged product costs more:

Customer pays the price difference.

If the exchanged product costs less:

Difference will be refunded after successful pickup and quality approval.

Exchange value is calculated on the net amount actually paid, excluding:

• Coupons
• Instant discounts
• Cashback
• Reward points
• Promotional discounts

Exchange orders are subject to stock availability.

Exchange orders are delivered only to the original delivery address.

If you wish to receive delivery at another address, please return the product for a refund and place a fresh order.

Each item can only be exchanged once.

Multiple products require separate exchange requests.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after:

• successful pickup,
• warehouse quality approval,
• completion of internal verification.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Refund will be issued as Store Credit.

10. Refund Timeline

After quality approval:

• Payment Gateway Refunds: within 24 hours
• Store Credit: within 24 hours
• Bank processing times may vary.

Mi Arcus shall not be liable for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

11. Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is refused, undelivered or returned because:

• customer refused delivery
• incorrect address
• customer unavailable
• failed delivery attempts

the order will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO).

Refunds for RTO orders will be issued as Store Credit only.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Repeated RTO orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery orders.

12. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it ships or within 12 hours of placing it, whichever comes first.

For prepaid orders, your payment will be refunded to your account within 4-7 working days. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Store Credit & Loyalty Points
Store Credit Policy

•        Store credit is issued as cashback on eligible purchases

•        1 store credit equals ₹1

•        Store credit is credited to your account 7 days after order placement

•        Maximum 500 credits can be redeemed per order

Once applied to an order, store credit will not be refunded or re-credited in case of return, exchange, cancellation, or RTO (Return to Origin)

13. Store Credit Policy

Store Credit:

• cannot be converted into cash
• cannot be transferred

Once Store Credit is used, it cannot be reinstated in case of cancellation, exchange, refund or RTO.

14. Loyalty Points

Loyalty points function as promotional discounts.

Once redeemed, they:

• cannot be refunded
• cannot be transferred
• cannot be restored

even if the order is cancelled or returned.

16. Free Gift Policy
