4. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant or damage
- Be returned with all original tags attached
- Include original packaging, accessories and invoice
- Contain all promotional items, free gifts or bundled products
- Have the original security/seal tag intact (if applicable)

For most serviceable pin codes, Mi Arcus offers Free Reverse Pickup through our logistics partners.
Reverse Pickup Policy
- One free reverse pickup is available per order.
- Returns will be picked up only from the original delivery address.
- If multiple return requests are raised for the same order, pickup charges for subsequent pickups will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Reverse pickup availability depends on courier serviceability.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may self-ship the product.
6. Self-Ship Returns
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area:
- Securely pack the product.
- Ship using a reputed courier.
- Share the courier receipt with Customer Support.
Courier charges will be reimbursed only when:

- the product passes quality inspection.

Our delivery partner may perform a preliminary inspection during pickup.
Final acceptance is subject to quality inspection at our warehouse.
Returns may be rejected if:

- Tags are removed
- Packaging is damaged

- Product is altered
- Product is different from what was shipped
Rejected products will be returned to the customer.
8. Exchange Policy
Size Exchange
Eligible products can be exchanged for another size of the same product, subject to stock availability.
Product Exchange
Where available, eligible products may also be exchanged for another product sold on Mi Arcus.
If the exchanged product costs more:
Customer pays the price difference.
If the exchanged product costs less:
Difference will be refunded after successful pickup and quality approval.
Exchange value is calculated on the net amount actually paid, excluding:

- Instant discounts
- Cashback
- Reward points
- Promotional discounts
Exchange orders are subject to stock availability.
Exchange orders are delivered only to the original delivery address.
If you wish to receive delivery at another address, please return the product for a refund and place a fresh order.
Each item can only be exchanged once.
Multiple products require separate exchange requests.

11. Return to Origin (RTO)
If an order is refused, undelivered or returned because:

- incorrect address
- customer unavailable
- failed delivery attempts
the order will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO).
Refunds for RTO orders will be issued as Store Credit only.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Repeated RTO orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery orders.

You can cancel your order before it ships or within 12 hours of placing it, whichever comes first.
