HOW DO I JOIN THE PROGRAM?

You automatically join the Mi Arcus Loyalty Program after your first purchase. This can be made at one of our exclusive stores or on our website. There is no minimum spending requirement for your first bill. Membership is completely free.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MI ARCUS LOYALTY PROGRAM?

Experience the benefits of the Mi Arcus Loyalty Program, which utilizes a coins-based reward system called 'Arcus Coins'. These coins can be redeemed as discounts on your total bill value when making a purchase. The amount of coins and birthday rewards you receive will vary based on your membership tier.

HOW DO I EARN COINS?

You earn coins on the final bill value of the purchase, that is the amount you pay. The number of coins varies for each tier. The value of 1 arcus coin = ₹1.

When you make a purchase, you earn coins based on the total amount you paid. For example, if your bill is ₹1000 but you have a 10% discount, making your bill ₹900, you'll earn coins based on the ₹900 bill amount.

WHEN AND HOW DO I REDEEM COINS?

To redeem arcus coins, customers can choose between Mi Arcus Exclusive Brand stores or the website www.miarcus.com. By making purchases at the physical stores, customers earn points that can be used for the next in-store & online orders on the website. Likewise, points earned from online shopping can be used for next in-store purchases & online orders.

WILL MY COINS EXPIRE?

The validity period for any earned coins related to purchases is 12 months from the date of allocation. Coins earned during an offer or scheme will have their validity determined by the terms and conditions of the offer.

WILL MY TIER EVER EXPIRE?

Once you are assigned to a particular tier, your status will remain unchanged within that tier. However, if you do not make any purchases within the next 180 days after your last purchase, your tier will expire.

WILL MY POINTS BE DEDUCTED IF I EXCHANGE/CANCEL/RETURN MY ORDER?

If you decide to exchange your order, the points you have redeemed will not be reversed. However, if you choose to cancel or return your order, the points that were given to you at the time of purchase will be canceled OR deducted if already allocated for that purchase.

WHAT IF I RETURN PARTIAL ORDER?

In the event of a return, earned points will be cancelled or deducted if they have already been allocated for the specific purchase. Imagine you earn 10 points by buying two products and each product earns you 5 points. If you need to return one of the products, we will credit only 5 points back to your registered mobile number or deduct 5 points if they have already been allocated for that purchase. This policy is applicable to both offline and online purchases.

WHAT IF I ABANDON MY CART? WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY REDEEMED ARCUS COINS?

Make sure to finalize your purchase before redeeming coins. Once the cart is abandoned, coins cannot be reversed into your account. Remember to save the OTP code generated during coin redemptions. This code is necessary for redeeming coins. Please note that the company does not store these codes and cannot provide any details later.

DO YOU HAVE A REFERRAL SCHEME?

At present, our Mi Arcus Loyalty Program does not include a referral program.
